Sorry to hear that you did not hit your target score. While it is true that the whole applicant package matters more than your test score, differentiating yourself with a strong GMAT is still key to enhancing your candidacy. Since you come from a competitive applicant pool as an Indian male candidate, differentiating yourself with a strong GMAT score will be even more important.
As far as US schools, it is becoming less common to see students earn admission to top 10-20 schools with a GMAT score below 700. As you mentioned, there are some European schools that trend lower. While school selection is something the

Hi ,
Today i appeared for Gmat and was hoping for 700 but things didn't workout for me so i ended up with 670 (V48 q34) .
I am Indian male .
Age 24
Graduation - From one of top 10 colleges in india. (IIT ).
GPA - 7.2/10.
Work experience - 3 years in IT company (headquarter in Israel ).
Work Achievements - Best employee - one time and got 2 promotions in 3 years .
Currently working in project based out in Indonesia .
Worked in project in closed collaboration with teams in Mexico and Israel.
International experience - None
College achievements - Was an active member of Two NGO's .
- Organized college festivals and various seminars.
Above are some of the points of my profile.
I know 670 is not good score , but i want to know if i have a chance in some of good B schools in Europe (If yes can you please mention some)or should i consider retaking GMAT .
