Walent,
Taking the GMAT can only boost your candidacy. As PersonalMBACoach said, your score translates to something below the program mean. Admittedly, you can still be a very competitive candidate despite this score below the mean since the application is a total package. But if we know that this GRE score is below the mean, then you should reasonably believe that you should have some other elements of your application that stand out. For instance, your previous graduate degree and what other work you may have done associated with that; leadership and managerial skills and accomplishments that exceed most others in your applicant peer group; Some unique initiatives that you've led or some other programs that you've played significant roles in. (Remember: with all of these programs, they generally want to see that you can be both a team leader and a team player.)
So, to repeat in direct response to your question, if you have time to prepare and take a GMAT exam, we would recommend you look to taking this again since it can only strengthen your candidacy. However, if you do not have this opportunity, you can still be a competitive candidate for the HBS 2+2 program.
