"pertinent to the kind of use made of ... is very wordy. A better phrase would be 'for'SajjadAhmad

'Should' acts as a conditional. This goes with the action 'we will' This is clear. Correct subject / verb agreementSajjadAhmad

(A) Should we be told that our recommendations pertinent to the kind of use made of our vehicles have been accepted, we will -> use made of our vehicles just does not express anything meaningfully and might be incorrect grammatically as well.
(B) If we are told that recommendations about use of our vehicles has been accepted, we will -> SV disagreement
(C) Should we be told that our recommendations for the use of our vehicles have been accepted, we will -> Correct
(D) Our being told of the acceptance of our recommendations pertinent to use made of our vehicles should cause us to -> "Being" can not be used with such construction as "Our being told" : Only 2 uses of Being are correct - https://e-gmat.com/blogs/spare-a-thought-for-being/
