Update from mba customer care support:

Hi

We believe we have identified the issue causing the Signature Verification Process Failed error.

GMAT Official Practice will be unavailable:
While the fix is deployed Wednesday, November 4th 1:30 AM to 4:00 AM US Eastern Time
During monthly maintenance Wednesday, November 4th, 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM US Eastern Time

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, we know taking the site down twice in one day is not ideal, but we want to deploy the fix as soon as possible.

Please save your data and logout before the maintenance window. At the start of the update, any active accounts will be logged out and will need to log back in.

After the fix is deployed, if you are still receiving the error:

Close all GMAT Official Practice tabs on all of your devices
Clear your cookies/cache - When clearing your browsing data, please ensure you have All Time (if using Google Chrome) selected
Close your browser and re-open a new one
Login to your mba.com account.
Access GMAT Official Practice


If the above does not work, to troubleshoot this matter, please provide the below information:


1. Browser Used
2. Screenshot of error (if possible)
3. Your location
4. Internet Connection
5. Operating System and version (screenshot, if possible)

Still not working for me as well... I've tried removing all cookies yet the same problem occurred

Quick Update. I was able to review my scores today. all i had to do was logout, restart my device and log back in. I believe the fix is in place or they are in the process of rolling it out. Either ways, definitely try again!

The issue is now fixed.
I have tried and can access the gmat prep review section.

I am able to view the review section , but the correct option and detail solution review is not showing up.. seems the issue has not been completely solved..
the radio buttons for check my answer and show correct answer are not working ...

Everything is working fine for me now. Give it sometime and if this doesn't resolve, give them a call.

The exam section review just shows which option is the correct one, so there is no option to show a "detailed solution". BTW, the issue has been solved :)

bb thanks for opening up the Gmatclub tests these days as an alternate testing source.
