I am also facing the same issue since yesterday.
Tried so many times with different system and with different browsers but all in vain.
It is literally very annoying. I don't understand how GMAC handles its server , because every now and then we are facing some or the other issue with the GMAT Practice Tests.

Hope this problem will get resolve soon.

Still facing this issue. I haven't been able to view my responses for 24 hours now. I emailed them– I hope they get back to all of us soon. I take the gmat in 2 days this is giving me so much anxiety

Hi! I can access my score, the time management tab, and the "view your performance" tab. I cannot, unfortunately, view the "review your responses" section. The site won't let me revisit the practice test/the page where you can view the verbal, quant, IR breakdown. I inspected the page, and it seems like it's a server issue and/or potentially a querying issue with the page's code? I've been trying to call but never get through. Lmk if anyone finds a solution/hears anything from gmat prep

Yeah, that's exactly the problem. Everything else works except "review your performance"

Hi!
It seems like a server issue which has to be fixed by the backend.
Doesn't seem like we can do anything from our side.

Yes I am glad someone made a post about it. I've had the same issue since yesterday. Tried restarting my laptop, deleting cookies, multiple browsers, and even incognito. All leads back to signature verification process error.

I called customer care just now and this is a site-wide issue. They are working to fix this and I will let everyone know here as soon as it is fixed.

Facing the same issue. First i couldnt access the official mocks from my Safari browser, which has always worked perfectly in the past. Then i switched to chrome and after couple tries, i was able to take the mock. However, now when i want to review the mock, it says signature verification failed. I tried on both browsers this time, and did the whole clearing cookies and logging out and restarting bit too. But cant seem to get it to work. Anyone find a solution yet? Got the test in 10 days and dont want to waste any more time!
