Sloan cover letter

Don't we have to talk about our long term goal and short term goal OR address why I want an MBA in the Sloan cover letter? How do I then talk about the specific courses I am interested in or the Entrepreneurship and Innovation track they have? Also, should we talk about any specific clubs/courses/professors or not?
I have copied the below text from the Sloan's website (FAQ section):
Should I focus on past achievements or future goals in my essays?
Concentrate on your past achievements. Help us better understand you and what you have already accomplished: past performance is the best predictor if future performance. Your essays and cover letter should focus on what you have already done, your past performance, rather than what you want to do. We do not evaluate you on why you want an MBA or what you intend to do with it afterwards, but do want to get to know you and your interests better.
