Small Consulting Firm - Handicap for my Application?

Hi!
So I finished my degree and after working for half a year for Pfizer and doing an internship in NYC with another company (Ive done an internship because its kind of impossible to get fulltime employment as European with European degree and no work-ex in the US, especially NYC) I am now working in Austria in a tiny consulting firm which I found most interesting. Despite of its small size we have large multinational companies as clients. However, I cant name any of them since my consulting firm is specialized in turnaround and restructuring management on the financial side - so the companies wouldnt like to be named as references. Also there is no such thing as promotions since there are only 8 people in the company at all.
Is this job experience rather bad for my application for better business schools? I mean no one will know the company nor its clients since I cant name them...
Maybe some notes about education:
- Best Business school in Austria - Top 2 %
- Internship in Advisory with EY
- Parttime employment with leading consulting company in Austria
- Parttime employment with investment company
- Internship in Finance with 2 Austrian companies (~10k employees)
- 1/2 year Financial Analyst with Pfizer (first job)
- 1/2 year internship with IT-Company in NYC (~60k employees worldwide)
- term abroad at UCF in Orlando
- basically no extracurriculars since I worked alongside studies in order to be able to afford it
My problem is that Id love to back to the States and do an MBA - however I would hate to pay around $100k if it was no top program - since Master degrees in my country would even be for free.
Do you think I have any chances of getting into a top program with my resume so far? Or would I need to change jobs? I aiming to get a GMAT score of around 700.
Would love to hear your honest opinion.
Thanks in advance,
Roman
