Please evaluate my sort of non-regular profile. Thank you in advance!
23yrs old, white male.
GMAT: 2nd try 710 (49Q, 38V);
Nationality: Ukrainian
Bachelor GPA: 4.0/4.0 (I know that adcoms are somehow not trusting eastern european scoring, though my score was in top 2% of the class from top university in Ukraine, that is the single one that is present in the list of schools in applications for of all top MBA programs.)
Master GPA: 4.0/4.0 (top 5% in the same university)
Work Experience: 2.5 years at matriculation in Ukrainian investment banking division of one of the largest world banks (top-6). Work as a research analyst and was ranked the 20th place for covering Ukraine in individual ranking of the most reputable European rating (Thomson Extel). There some other work-related achievements.
Extra Curricular: I did almost everything that was possible during my undergrad and graduate studies
1. Vice president of student government (more than 3000 students took part in elections)
2. Founder of "career service" (of course its functions were rather limited, mainly organizing on campus presentations and mentoring students, though it helped more than 100 student to find job. In Ukraine no university helps u to find employment

3.Founder of Tourism department - and team manager of 4 winter trips involving more than 60 students each
4. Co-founder of drama club: playing in 2 plays in English for more than 700 students. (Revenue from tickets for charity)
Volunteer work experience: Ukrainian Parliament internship program that aims at getting young Ukrainian leaders involved in state lawmaking. The program is administrated by United States Agency for International Development. Certain achievements there that helped to obtain recommendation from member of the parliament. Devoted about 20 hours a week along with full time undergrad studies.
As I have finished my Master degree in Feb 2009 and ever since was preparing GMAT and applications I can't have any post college activities.

Are my plans realistic? Are there any programs that I should consider too?
