Interview experience :
Background- ex military and law enforcement officer with 4 years of experience
Interview held on 29 Sep 2023, online.
R1 started around 1040, general discussion about work ex, why MBA and contribution to cohort (usually for diverse profiles) and post MBA plans. Lasted around 20 min for the whole pane of 3 candidates including me.
20-25 min of break post R1, results declared, almost 8-9 out of 10 made it to R2.
R2 started at 1400, tell us about yourself, in 60s tell us where do you think our nation is heading.
Lasted 15-20 min for the whole panel of 3 candidates including me
End of interview
( if you’re wondering the difference between R1 and R2, R1 is about work ex, why MBA and post MBA goals. Whereas R2 is about behavioural questions and a personality test. )
