Have any domestic U.S. applicants received interview invitations yet? It sounds like no (or at least sounds like very few).... Anyone that can weigh in??
Yes, some have. They posted about it a few pages back.

Quite a few have, relatively speaking. I was invited a while back. Submitted app hours before deadline.
To give some perspective to the obsessively anxious among us: look no further than last year's numbers. There were 178 applicants in R1 on gmatclub last year. 22 received invitations to interview. There are 200+ applications this year and only 6 have so far received invitations.
Conclude from this what you will, but I'm betting that there are a good dozen or more interview invites yet to be received among gmatclub folks, not to mention the many dozens for people who don't access or post on these forums. Statistics and probability being what they are, somewhat over 10% of the 200 of us on here should get invites, so let's not jump to conclusions prematurely. The only true conclusion right now is the one that dictates that no one knows anything until D-Day.
Machichi - your stats are not quite accurate. I know you are stating what you are seeing on page 1 of this forum, BUT definitely MANY MORE than 6 have received interview invites. May be they need to update their status. And now may be the same issue exists with the 22/178 number as well.
I am more curious if anyone knows someone that has received notification that he or she was *denied* an interview. If so, that's a good sign for those that have not heard (no offense to that person), since that means we're only in the 'not yet reviewed' category. Otherwise Stanford is saving up their denials to be sent at a later date, making us either in the 'not yet reviewed' or 'denied' categories :-/

As far as I know they don't send such notifications. If you're dinged, the first time you'll hear from them is the decision date.
As for the anxiety we share - well, i'm a strong believer in doing the best you can on what you can affect, and accept the things you can't.
We've done our best, now we need to wait for it. It will either come, or it won't. No use in going a-wall about it.

I completely agree with this comment! Hard to remember this when you constant refresh your inbox hoping for an email, but heads up. You had enough guts to even submit an application!!

@GPT55 you're right. they very clearly stated in an info session that if you're dinged (i.e. received an interview but didn't get in OR denied an interview) you won't hear anything until dec 12th
Did you receive any e-mails that confirmed the interviewer submitted the interview review? Are there any ways to check the submission status?

the sample size you are asking to is quite small. i'm sure GSB interviewees submit their feedback in a timely manner. either way it's out of your control; i wouldn't worry about it. you are in good shape as one of the fortunate few to have gotten an interview!
From Us News they accepted 466 and from my visit they say the interview 800 to 900 so your chances pretty good man. Good luck

They said they plan on interviewing about 900, but that number often creeps up to 1200 or so. In the interview invite email it clearly says that they reject the majority of applicants they interview and they typically admit around 500 so they would typically be interviewing 1,000+ to keep that true. The odds are still favorable to those without interviews, but "pretty good" is all relative.
