Thanks! Nothing changed on application website still "under review". However the e-mail said that the timing of the interview only reflects the the order in which the application is reviewed.

Round 2 applicant here. I was one of the last people to receive an interview invite. I actually got it a few days after the date that the admissions office said most invites would have been granted. But I was ultimately admitted. For those of you who are waiting, know that what HappyBuddha said is true. The timing of your invite is truly not a reflection of your candidacy! The Admissions Office has to review hundreds of applications, and then they need to try to match you up with an alum in your area. I know that waiting sucks, but remember that this takes time.
I'm a college senior, applying for deferred admission. I submitted my application just 1 hour and 30 minutes shy of the deadline. I do hope that's why I haven't received an interview invitation, not that GSB decided to ding me.
Indeed, seems like too late to get invited now... If brilliant applicants like DefyingGravity could turn down their acceptance and tell AdCom that other great applicants like EzioAuditore and myself are soooo eager to get invited, that would be fantastic!
