Hello,
I have few questions as I am NEW to GMAT and admission process I am asking few very simple questions.
1. How do I convert my GPA which I have received out of 10 in India to the GMAT standard GPA. Also do I need to send my score somewhere in US like any org. to get my marks officially converted.
2. What is this essay. I mean people told me we have to write 2 essays, one on our profile and other one on some random essay topic. Please tell me the idea about the 1st one.
Thanks and regards,
Please help me I am noob in the admission process.
Welcome!
1. You do not have to convert your GPA. You simply report it out of 10 and there is no need to send scores anywhere besides reporting them in your application and including a transcript.
2. Essays vary depending on the schools you apply to. You may need to write only one essay, or you may need to write a few essays.
If you would like help walking through the process, send me an email
scott@personalmbacoach.com and we could discuss how I can help you with GMAT prep and application preparation. It would be great to learn about your profile, which would allow me to advise you on school selection as well. Good luck!
Best,
Scott
