Did you ever contact NYU? I got an e-mail on 7/28 saying verification was finished: So in summary, it took me 20 days from faxing in my authorization to verification completion.

Has anyone gotten confirmation back from NYU/Kroll saying the verification was completed?

When did you submit your authorization? I faxed mine in on 7/8 and they confirmed receipt via e-mail the following day, but I wonder how long they'll take to complete the verification process.

I got a confirmation that they received my authorization form just about a month ago. They contacted me a couple times for additional info to verify my employer but even that was weeks ago. Haven't heard back since then.

Wow, that's a long time. Have you contacted them to follow up? I didn't expect verification to take that long.

I called Kroll earlier today and the rep said everything on their side was completed and they sent the results back to NYU beginning of July. She mentioned to contact NYU directly to get the status. Wonder if I should contact the school or wait. Hope they didn't find some discrepancy :shock:
