I submitted my application on 5/13 and still waiting for the result. It seems like nobody heard back after 6/12th. Has anyone received any status updates recently?

Also received acceptance yesterday for Manhattan Weeknights. Does anyone have information on core course proficiency tests? How difficult have these been to grade out of some of the core courses?

I had a 750+ GMAT score and a ~3.2 GPA and got invited for an interview. Wow, this hurts.

Interview is still better than nothing. May be your essays were not very clear why you are looking for Part time ..anyways all the best for interview.

Has anyone filled up the Health Forms yet?

Do we need to give exact dates of vaccination from years back? Also, do we need to give proofs for each of those vaccinations?

Also, if MMR is taken twice, still the form has individual dates for Mumps, Measles and Ruebella, do we need to fill those then?

Lastly, if we have company insurance, i know that we can waive NYU insurance but whats the exact process? Since, i can see a check box for that on the Blue form but not sure if anything else is required.

Yes, you need to give exact dates, or if you only have the month and year, you can enter 1 for the day. No other proof is required, just the dates and a sign/stamp from your doctor.

You don't need to fill out the individual Measles/Mumps/Rubella section if you filled out the MMR section. That's only for people who got separate vaccinations instead of the all-in-one.

The blue sheet in your package is just a checklist, not a form to submit. You can log onto home.nyu.edu to enroll or waive the NYU health insurance, or go to the URL given on the blue sheet and click on the image there to enroll/waive. Hope this helps.
