Hello Consultants,
Please help me decide whether I should keep high hopes and apply for Stern Full time or be more realistic and try for part time instead. Their web site mentions one can only apply to 1 program at a time.
I don't want to waste another cycle so really want to avoid waiting for full-time's result and then if denied, apply for part-time in next cycle.
Profile-
GMAT - 710(Q48, V40, IR5, AWA-awaited)
34, Stay at home Mom to a toddler, Indian, living in NYC.
Work Ex - 6 years in IT(well reputed companies) followed by 5 years(and on) gap due to marriage, relocation, kid etc.
Engineering graduate from not-so-good college with GPA 7.18/10.
Tried hand in young kids' education and entertainment related startup for some time while I was in India but couldn't manage time along with a full time job, gave up eventually.
Also, attempted Gmat twice 7 years back. The scores were far worse, and don't even appear on GMAC website now.
(My GMAT journey-story deserves a post of it's own!)

TakingThePlunge, the gap does make things tricky so make sure you address it clearly.
The part-time hurdle rate is lower. So, if getting in this year is critical, best to stick to the safer route since you seem to also be limited to only one school?
