Do we have any document that gives a Structured or Step by Step approach to solve SC questions?
For eg:
step1:Look at the the first and last words of the underlines portion SC choices Step2: Look for any pronoun errors as they are easy to spot and fix Step3:Now focus on modifier errors(look for preposition Phases and participial phrases) step4: Step5:
and so on......
I think this approach would be very beneficial to the non-natives like me who are struggling in SC.

I don't think this kind of approach is going to help. The people who can put in the extra time that thinking through all the steps required by such an approach will take are the ones who are least likely to need it.
what are the steps need to keep in mind while solving sc questions?

Hello, ManasaReddy12345. I agree with what AjiteshArun has written above. I doubt that a rigid, step-by-step approach will prove useful to any test-taker, because so much of SC depends on the context of the sentence and on what is being tested. That said, you may find some of the considerations that GKomoku brought up in this SC approach flowchart to be of interest. Just do not look to go from 1 to 2 and so on, or you will become highly inefficient at breaking down SC questions. Language is not mathematics.
Good luck with your studies.
