My profile is as follows:
10th -> 96%, 12th -> 89%
B.tech from top 10 engineering colleges (non-IIT) -> 68%
Work Experience ->
~3 yrs software development experience in 2 companies which involved working in e-commerce domain in both products as well as services based roles. Worked with international teams and international clients.
~2.5 yrs Startup experience, one of the initial members and a part of the leadership team, handling teams ~10 members in operations (supply chain, customer experience, sales).
Extra Curriculars -> Placement Committee in college, fest activities. Decent involvement in multiple sports but no representation at any level.
GMAT -> 730 (Q50, V40, IR8, AWA5)
Post-MBA plans -> Tech Product Management or General Management or Open to Ideas.
Please guide me on what schools I can target and what career options look good for an experience like this.

I would target school between 5 and 15. You have a nice profile and will be a fit on paper for most schools you apply to. I would focus on trying to stand out in your application by highlighting your unique leadership and teamwork experience. Focus specifically on the individual impact you made in the organizations you've been a part of. Given the tough demo you come from this will be critical to your success in this process.
Schools like Kellogg, Ross, Cornell, Haas, and Fuqua should be school you might want to take a look at

Your career goal should ideally build on your past experience either through transferable skills, direct functional experience, or something else. Although most schools in recent years have had significant share of tech recruitment, schools on the West Coast in U.S. could be good fit if you’re looking at PM role.
Your High School grades don’t matter much for B-school applications, and for extracurricular activities too what you’ve continued to do is more important. (However, core of any application is professional experience/ advancement.) Your varied experience is a positive, but what’s important is how you put it together.
