Retake the test, get a 650 at the very least. Sorry no options to make it to the top 15 without a decent GMAT score.

I am waiting for Alex's perspective on this.

All schools continually emphasise that GMAT is not the only thing they look at. So hearing from an expert will be reallyhelpful.

Retake the GMAT. 650+ at a bare minimum, and 700+ to be safe.

You're not getting in with your current GMAT scores. Yes, GMAT is just one component, but it has to be within range as well.
