With an interest in oil and gas industry, and assuming you would like to continue in this industry, you should probably look at schools with an energy focus in their curriculum (or energy option, rather) and also schools where energy recruiters are common. Certainly in the US, schools in Texas are a good bet, and UT Austin and Rice have good MBA programs. Duke also has an energy concentration, but your GPA and GMAT are not going to be as competitive in the top 10.
