hi,
i just got registered to gmatclub.i am really impressed with the amazing world u have created.....thanks a lot.aspirants like us indeed need u. i am preparing for gmat and want to take the test sometime in april.i am consulting the official guide and manhattan and kaplan premier. i got to get the score of 700 + anyhow for i have certain restrictions with me and thus my options are limited. how do i go about with the prep.
looking forward for ur answers eagerly.

gmat-study-plan-start-your-gmat-journey-80727.html <----- This is the place to start. Read it, and start on your GMAT journey. Read it every couple weeks and make sure you're on the right path.
The #1 thing to do first is to take a practice test from mba.com. It will take about 3-4 hours, but then you will know what the test and questions looks like. You'll also have a better idea of how much studying you will need to do to get to the 700. Typically, people study for approx 3 months for 100-200 hours to achieve 700+ (depending on where they start in quant and verbal capability). So make the GMAT your part time job! Come back any time and ask any questions you have. This forum has a wealth of knowledge that will help you.

welcome
While I am in the same situation like me (just started my preparation) I am pretty sure you will discover much useful information here. You have bought the right books and just need to have a test in order to see whuch are your strengths and weaknesses. Afterwards you "just" need to incorporate the way you normally study and start with the books.
As an example, I am going to tackle first my weaknesses and one by one come to my strengths, which also want some attention. But that#s something, which sounded good for me. You can tackle Quant and verbal at one time, if this is how your brain works. But one advice - definitely keep an error log and write every question, which sounds strange and difficult to you in it. Including the ones from the very first test. And then - re-do them when you finish the books and see how many of those uestion you will manage to do.
Don't hesitate to ask
