See in last column meeting with suri only A and C were left and look at the Thursday row A already mate Suri. Hence For last column it has to be C for Thursday, and A will meet suri on Friday.
That also eases pairing of meeting 2 on Thursday which will be B and D.

Step 1: Amani's meeting is scheduled with all other employees except Suri. So, on Friday, Suri will have a meeting with Amani.
Step 2: After filling the Friday slot with Amani, Suri is left with Camilo to schedule a meeting on Thursday. Now, the remaining meeting-2 must be filled with the other two employees, i.e., Bianco and Daniel.
Step 3: On Friday, meeting-1 and meeting-2 can be arranged for the remaining two combinations: (Bianco, Camilo) and (Daniel, Eita), in any of the available time slots.

Suri, who supervises a team of marketing strategists, is scheduling a series of meetings for 5 days of the next business week. During the week, each of her 5 employees (Amani, Bianca, Camilo, Daniel, and Eita) will meet individually with every other of her employees, and also with her. Each employee will be scheduled for exactly one meeting each day. Suri has begun to schedule the meetings, and the meetings she has already scheduled are shown in the table. She has yet to finish scheduling the meetings for Thursday and Friday.

DayEmployee Meeting 1Employee Meeting 2Meeting With Suri
MondayAmani and Blanca Camilo and DanielEita
TuesdayAmani and CamiloBianca and EitaDaniel
WednesdayAmani and DanielCamilo and EitaBianca
ThursdayAmani and Eita--
Friday---

Based on the information provided and assuming Suri schedules the remaining meetings according to the criteria given, for each of the following pairs, select Necessarily Thursday if the pair must be scheduled to meet on Thursday. Otherwise, select Not necessarily Thursday

Take a holistic view first. There are 5 employees and each must meet every other during the week. So we need 5C2 = 10 meetings among themselves so 2 a day. So 4 employees will meet in 2 meetings with each other. The 5th employee will meet with the boss Suri. So everyone has exactly 1 meeting every day.

Start with the blank that is obvious. Amani has had meetings with all 4 scheduled except Suri. So Friday will be Amani and Suri

DayEmployee Meeting 1Employee Meeting 2Meeting With Suri
MondayAmani and Blanca Camilo and DanielEita
TuesdayAmani and CamiloBianca and EitaDaniel
WednesdayAmani and DanielCamilo and EitaBianca
ThursdayAmani and Eita-
FridayAmani and Suri-Amani

Now only Camilo's meeting with Suri is pending. So

DayEmployee Meeting 1Employee Meeting 2Meeting With Suri
MondayAmani and Blanca Camilo and DanielEita
TuesdayAmani and CamiloBianca and EitaDaniel
WednesdayAmani and DanielCamilo and EitaBianca
ThursdayAmani and Eita-Camilo
FridayAmani and Suri-Amani

Now on Thursday Amani, Eita and Camilo are already booked. So Bianca and Daniel must meet on Thursday

DayEmployee Meeting 1Employee Meeting 2Meeting With Suri
MondayAmani and Blanca Camilo and DanielEita
TuesdayAmani and CamiloBianca and EitaDaniel
WednesdayAmani and DanielCamilo and EitaBianca
ThursdayAmani and EitaBianca and DanielCamilo
FridayAmani and Suri-Amani

Select
Amani and Suri - Not necessarily Thursday
Camilo and Suri - Necessarily Thursday
Bianca and Daniel - Necessarily Thursday

Another quick way to solve this

Key constraint to note here is ---> one person can have only one meeting in a day.

1 Amani and Suri ---> Amani already has a meeting on Thursday, hence this will be Friday
2 Camilo and Suri ---> Suri already has a meeting on friday, hence this will be Thursday
3 Bianca and Daniel ---> This is the slightly tricky part

Approach ---> look at the table for who among Bianca and Daniel has meetings left with someone
If you look at the middle column you can immediately spot that Camilo doesn't have a meeting with Bianca (check all columns just to be safe)

Now we know Camilo already is meeting on Thursday, so Camilo and Bianca would meet on Friday
Since Biance is now meeting on Friday, Bianca and Daniel would meet on Thursday.
