My GMAT experience from 1st Nov 2021- Jan 2022 has been nothing short of miserable.
Let me start from the beginning. GMAT offers an online version in India, and I decided to opt for that, considering the third wave was about to begin. I registered for an online GMAT exam on 1st Nov 2021. After 3 months of preparation, studying without professional help, the exam finally started, and after lagging throughout, the server shut down 50 minutes in. The Examity Proctor was equally clueless and told me to wait for a mail carrying the link to rejoin the exam. The mail never came. In a panic, I started mailing Examity, mba com, GMAC, Pearson VUE, and after 1 week of stupid responses, I got a voucher code to retake the exam.
I missed several deadlines for college applications. Finally, I scheduled the second attempt on 13th Dec 2021, which was somehow even worse! The test crashed on the 2nd question itself, and the Examity proctor paused the test after 4 minutes lapsed and after a lot of configuration, I restarted the test. To my horror, the test crashed THREE MORE TIMES! I lost a total of 8-9 minutes in my Quant section and post that, instead of focusing on my test, I was planning my retake throughout. I managed to score 700 on this test and thought okay, it's a decent score and I can apply to colleges finally. Of course that wasn't the end. It's 13th Jan now, my official report which is supposed to come in 7 days or 20 business days max, still has not arrived. I have been mailing customer service since 3rd Jan and have taken follow-ups every 2 days, and still haven't gotten a response from them!
I am so surprised at the lack of accountability shown by the officials when this is a subject that is highly time-sensitive and crucial to the admissions process! When GMAT has 1,000 policies regarding refunds, cancellations, retakes, scheduling and so on, where are the policies for their incompetence?
I'm missing college deadlines, all my applications are at a halt, and I have no clue how to proceed!

So sorry to hear your experience. Did you try calling the customer service? In my personal experience, calling their customer service yielded a much faster result. Good luck!
I faced this before too when I was trying to contact them for my test that got cancelled.
