Dear all,
My test was scheduled for 03 June 2018 , 9:00 AM at Unisoft Center Bangalore. At 16:28 on 1 June , I got a mail from Pearson Vue ; the mail explicitly stated that my test has been cancelled. Now this is hopelessly unprofessional on the part of Pearson Vue. My queries are :
1) Why was the communication given so late ?
2) As per mail, I will be required to re-schedule as per "rescheduling policy" . Does this imply I will need to pay all over again ?
3) Concerned , I immediately sent a mail to Pearson ; I am yet to get a reply though.
Did any one of you face a similar issue ? How do I go about all this now ?
