Since corporation is a singular quantity, the correct pronoun to be used is its and not their. This eliminates options A, D, and E.
The correct formation of the idiom is "to both X and Y" or "both to X and to Y" where X and Y are parallel. Out of B and C we can see that only B follows the correct construction.
