The structure has to be ---- NOUN phrase/modifier is claimed by a few experts, but NOUN phrase/modifier is the more prevalent belief.
OR A few experts claim ..X. but the more prevalent belief is..Y..
Now making a noun phrase here requires adding of THAT in the beginning...
For example..
He is brilliant is known to entire school ----- That he is brilliant is known to entire school...
Check for this flaw in all the choices...

BOth the red colored portion do not follow the proper structure
