Here is my take on this question.
 
A the parallelism is not proper here as clause after but also should be parallel to the the clause after Not only. finding and to determine are not parallel.
B again the the sentence is changed a little bit but the inherent flaw of parallelism is still present in the sentence. feasibility is not parallel to determining.
C parallelism error as feasibility is not parallel to to determine
D Again same parallelism issue and the aim of which is more wordy.
E correct as the parallelism fits nicely
