The surface area will be
2*(10*10+10*3+10*3)
= 320

IMO A, pretty straightforward question.

The figure is stated as rectangular solid, but never forget to add up all the other plains in the figure.

AB*BC = 10*10 = 20*2 (same for the plain above and below) ==> 200
BC*CD = 10*3 = 30*4 (a total of four sides with the same dimension) ==> 120

Total Surface Area = 320
