Just by looking at the black and blue lines we can tell the answer.
For the 12-week period shown in the graph, the greatest value of a unit of currency X expressed in units of currency A occurred around:
see the black line, greatest right before 6 May as given in graph so 4 May from options.
and the greatest value of a unit of currency X expressed in units of currency B occurred around:
see the blue line, greatest right before 3 June so 1 June from options.

Yeah, pretty much! Very straightforward question.
However, as I've faced this before, when considering fiscal exchange rates, people may wrongly assume that the lower values will provide higher returns as the price of the currency reduces, which is not the case here since it is explicitly mentions that the value of X is mentioned here in terms of currency A and B, and not the currency exchange rates, and the question asked is which are the Highest Values of X in comparison with A and B.
Something people can look out for.
