x+y = 77

statement 1 : x = y+1
2y +1 = 76, y = 38, x = 39, Suff

statement 2
tens digit is same, to have a sum of 77 tens digit of both has to be 3,
so either x=38 and y=39
OR x=39 and y=38
in both cases xy is same, suff
