A & B - TRUE, C - FALSE

Explanation:
A. expensive books to produce will have highest number of units sold and high production cost/unit, it can be easily inferred from the table when we look at the 2 columns in the table: Production cost/unit and units sold, but here is the calculation for the same.
For hardcovers: (4.44*3280) + (5.44*8739) + (3.12*7947) = 86896 (also obvious by just looking at the values in the table)
For soft covers: (2.92*5368) + (3.32*3712) + (7862*2.20) = 45294.8
For ebooks : 0.99*(9111+3471+4135) = approx 16717

So A is true.

For B : The format with the highest profit per unit also has the highest number of units sold. -
Again can be easily inferred from the table: row 2 & 3 hard covers, have the highest number of units sold and the highest profit/unit.
B is true.

For C: The book with the highest hardcover total profits also has the highest softcover and eBook total profits.
The book with the highest hardcover total profits is: The great Gatsby, which when we look at the table doesn't have the highest total profit in soft cover and ebooks.
so C is false.
Kudos for a detailed solution.

B is not true , Highest Profit per unit is 20.87 dollars which is of "The Great Gatsby by
F. Scott Fitzgerald" and has sold 7497 units while the most sold units is of "Watership Down by
Richard Adams" which is 9111 units and has profit per unit as 9 dollars , hence the second statement is false

Q2 is asking for the format with the highest profit, not the book.
Hardcovers have the highest profit once you sort that column. Now if we take the sum of each then the total number of units sold for Hardcovers=19966, eBooks=16717 and Softcovers=17759. Clearly, most units are sold by hardcovers only so it is true.
