Statement 1 should be a typo and should be corrected to: The state that had the highest violent crime rate in 2011 is the state where the violent crime rate reduced by the maximum percentage in 2012.

Hi. I don't think it would take that long:

Step 1: Sort by most crime and see that Delhi had a 10 to 5 decrease - that's 50%
Step 2: scroll down to see if you can see a reduction of that kind. Yes, the list is long and this is not an official question so I think it would not be this painful but even with a long list, it takes just 1 sec per line to see that the difference is not 50% until you hit Sikkim and realize there is a greater difference. At that point you can stop and answer without finishing the review.

So the question should not take a long time but since it is 1 of 3 and you only have 2 mins, this is still a time suck.

Hi,

Is there a way to be sure that there is another value which has greater increase in statement 1? Under timed conditions with data of 29 cities, it will be very time consuming toe be sure if there is any such value?
