1. The three months with the greatest normal daily minimum temperatures also have the greatest normal daily maximum temperatures.

We can easily infer from the table:
The three months with the greatest normal daily minimum temperatures are: July, Aug, Sept.
Now, the 3 months having the greatest normal daily maximum temperatures: July, Aug Sept.

Answer Yes.

2. The three months with the greatest maximum amounts of precipitation also have the least extreme-high temperatures.

The three months with the greatest maximum amounts of precipitation : Jan, Dec, Nov.
Now the months with the least extreme-high temperatures: Jan, Dec, March.

Since, Nov is not in the list so,
Answer No.

3. The four months with the least normal amounts of precipitation also have the greatest normal daily minimum temperatures.

The four months with the least normal amounts of precipitation: July, Aug, June, Sept.
The four months with the greatest normal daily minimum temperatures: Aug, July, Sept., June

Does anyone have a screenshot of this question?
Since the value of Extreme Temp in Nov is missing, can we just ignore this blank and confidently choose Jan, Dec, and Mar as our targets?
That's not make sense.
