\(x = A + B\)
\(y = B + C\)
\(z = A + C\)
\(x + y + z = A + B + B + C + A + C\)
\(2A + 2B + 2C\) \(= 2 (A + B + C)\)

HI,
In the above fig C=x, A=y, B=z.(Vertically Opposite angle)
Sum of angles of the triangle is 180(A+B+C)
x+y+z=180
