There are 8 South Asian Countries. Each is rated on 4 different Credit Worthiness Indices with the intent to judge the country as a ‘Favored’ nation per each index. For each Credit Rating Index, if the country's rating value is more than the median value of that index, the country will be considered a “Favored” nation. Whereas, a country is considered "more favorable" than another country if it is favored per more number of indices than the other country.
For each of the following statements, select ‘Yes’ if statement is true based solely on the information provided in the table; otherwise select ‘No’.

Let us sort each column first and see which countries for that index i.e. column are favoured. How will we know if the countries are favoured? If their index is greater than the median of that column.
Domestic Economy Index (median=5): Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Philipines.
Credit Rating Index (median=5): Sri Lanka, Nepal, Philipines.
Infrastructure Index (median=23): Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Philipines.
Policy Framework Index (median-5.5): Burma, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Philipines.
Q1. No other listed country is more favored than Burma and Philippines - Sri Lanka is so NO.
Q2. Nepal and Afghanistan are not favored per any of the indices - Correct for Afghanistan, but Nepal is favoured in Credit Rating Index so NO.
Q3. There are at least 2 countries that are favored per all indices - Sri Lanka and Philipines are prefered in all indices so YES.
