If you need 20 points, then simply studying the TOEFL and the skills that it rewards may not be enough. You may need to improve your general English abilities a lot, which can take time—sometimes years.

You may need to improve your general English abilities a lot, which can take time—sometimes years. Do not expect to see a 20 point improvement in just a couple months. The TOEFL has four different sections: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing. Each section is scored from 0-30, meaning your total score will range from 0-120.

I took the TOEFL twice - in 2018 and last year. From my experience, it is really important to study the format (if your English level is already decent). Take a practice exam and identify your weak areas. Then prepare some simple strategies to help you to tackle your weak spots, simulate the exam over and over. I would advise you to focus on speaking since this is probably the part feeling the most unnatural to you (speaking with a computer).

I posted an answer that has links to resources on how to prepare for TOEFL in <1 week.
I can vouch for this approach since I myself used it and got 108/120.

TLDR - If you studied English during school, you do not need a course
Like for Indian students and applicants - English is taught in CBSE and ICSE, so you'll be just fine in TOEFL.

Also if you have prepped for GMAT or GRE, you already know most of the stuff.

Feel free to ask me any further questions you guys might have. I was very bothered about TOEFL before the exam, and can understand if others are going through the same right now.

If you're decent at speaking/writing, YOU DONT NEED ANY PAID RESOURCES FOR TOEFL, there is a lot of content available online
You just need to bring structure in your thought process, and understanding of the exam pattern
About 2 weeks should me more than enough
