Is there any source wherein we can get official mocks the way we get for GMAT Prep?

You can always download TOEFL Samples from official ETS Website.

They also provide an opportunity to buy more mocks with few dollars.

You can take a look at TOEFL practice online, which is ETS mock exam.
However, the speaking and writing sections are computer rated which might not be really accurate and it's also really pricey. 
(If you decide to buy it, there is a discounted offer for two of this when you sign up for the test)

I would suggest you to buy the ETS books for practice questions.
The official guide also comes with the test software which is not too far of from the actual test. (The speaking and writing sections are not rated though.)

Any idea how difficult it would be to obtain a score of 115+ on TOEFL IBT in comparison to a GMAT Verbal score?

You can get also 2 volumes, each has 5 tests. Price of every one is $25. They are available on online versions too.
