Please help.
I am really stuck with very low Reading and Listening score of around 14,15 in both Reading and Listening sections.
My writing and speaking sections are good. Please help how to improve ?

Ok, I believe to improve your listening score, you have to listen to a lot of native speakers talking in your spare time, may be try watching Hollywood movies as well.
I would also suggest to take the practice tests from Kaplan/Barron's/ Cambridge. The more you practice and get familiar with this section, the better you can score ( Sorry there are no shortcuts)
For improving reading score, start practicing reading comprehension from the above mentioned books. Read very slowly and try to understand the passage before you move on to questions. You have a lot of RC's on this website as well. For TOEFL, you can try the easy RC's. Again the more you practice and get familiar with the passage after reading, the better you will score.

Listen a lot, a lot and a lot, reading a lot, a lot and a lot. Build your vocabulary and practice every day.
