Hi there--I plan to apply to various MBA programs in the fall of 2019. I'm currently in grad school and will have a six-week break this December/January. I'm thinking of using some of that time to drive from the DC area to some of the programs along the East Coast that I may eventually apply to (such as Georgetown/Wharton/Columbia/Harvard/Yale/Boston College, and maybe Cornell also, though that could be a long detour to the west).

I enjoy visiting colleges and campuses anyway, but would it be too early to connect with admissions representatives there and introduce myself?

Hey there,

To answer your question, you should and can visit the shortlisted schools starting now. And for the same you need to be prepared for with proper checklists, research and queries.
