Here is a quick list:

Haas - University of California – Berkeley
Anderson – UCLA
Ross – University of Michigan
Darden – University of Virginia
McCombs – University of Texas at Austin
Kenan-Flagler – University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill

But keep in mind you want to evaluate total cost of attending a school. So within California tuition has risen dramatically with the state’s continual budget crises. Also, California is an expensive place to live. So the overall cost of attending Haas or Anderson might exceed the overall cost of attending a private university in a less expensive place.

Good luck,

Ohhk these are state colleges but they all are expensive almost 50k/year. I was under a impression that state colleges dont go beyond 20-25k/year.

Hi there,

A good place to find the average GMAT, tuition, etc. is US News & World Report. You can find the listing here.

Random question - why do you want a state funded school? Just because they're public universities doesn't necessarily mean their tuition is any cheaper. Not a single top 15 program has a tuition below $50K annually for out of state students.

Bhavik

Ya you are right....I thought they will be reasonably cheaper.

No worries - tuition is really driven by rank. Essentially, it's supply and demand at its finest. It's a business school, after all! :)
