Play bubblespinner. Or gold miner. Or quadradius. You get where I'm going with this.

Sleep. Eat. Panic. Sleep. Ace exam.

The key is to panic enough before the exam so you won't panic during it. :D

I cram my most condensed notes till 6 PM on the day before the exam.

After 6 PM I try to chill-ax and enjoy myself as much as possible - listening to Massive Attack for example - I am a progressive metal dude otherwise you see (I am dying to find out who Dream Theater's new drummer is going to be - I am betting Mike Mangini =)

After I go to bed on the day BEFORE, I pretend (to my self) that it was the day of the exam and all went great, so that I could actually fall asleep... (now this was much more crucial for my L1, L2 & L3 CFA exams - each 2x3 hour exam in one day, held only Once in a year - no deferring, no excuse if you feel sick on that particular day, etc - truly grueling)

On the day before the exam I do some cardio and read some text to jump-start my brain (you do Not want the actual questions to be the first thing you read for the day). Otherwise - coffee, chocolate, water & light breakfast - nothing much unusual...

1) Do not oversleep
2) Do not go directly from your bed to the exam center

My plan for the test is:
Have a relaxing night beforehand (watch a movie, some light quant and verbal practice, light jog / bike ride)
Get my normal 7 or 8 hours of sleep.
Wake up with plenty of time before the exam.
Solid breakfast
Get outside and go for a run or bike ride (not enough to be fatigued, just get outside and get the blood flowing)
Shower/get ready
Take exam.

I quite like the idea of reading some light text before the actual test. Could try some easy PS questions too. Thanks.. I think I'll take it as a tip!

Ditto to not studying the day before.

I went swimming the day before--helped me get a good night's rest, and then watching Good Will Hunting. The most important thing seems to be not to put too much stress on yourself. Your preparation prior to this point will dictate how you do on the exam, and overthinking other variables can get to be too much.

I do nothing special before an exam. I just concentrate on my studies and do myself relax and nothing else. I eat tasty dishes and nothing else.

I was feverishly doing quant problems from the official guide, about 20-30 at a time (timed), with 15min breaks in between!

I try to get at-least 8 hours sleep the night before. And then I like to have a good breakfast the morning before the exam - eggs, bacon, toast, oats, a small cup of fruits and a big cup of coffee, all this ideally spaced over 1 1/2 hours. After this, some light revision of the main concepts and then off to the test center to ace the exam. :)
