I have my company xmas party that Friday... it'll be drinking in celebration or drinking to drown my sorrows...

I'm trying to decide if I'll even be functioning enough to get myself to work on Wednesday. My office does not know that I'm applying and I'm sure I'll either be distraught (better to be at home) or so excited that I can't contain it (also better to be at home). If accepted, I'm promptly going out to get a nice bottle of champagne and toast myself on exceeding even my wildest expectations. I agree daltcap - it's been a long year. A very long year.

If accepted I am going to skip work and go day time drinking, movie, a nice dinner and then night time drinking If rejected just day time drinking haha

For the daytime movie I'd recommend Flight or Killing Them Softly... both were siiiicckkkk

*sigh* I will be in the middle of a week-long business trip to rural Kentucky - when the email comes out I will be driving through the woods, trapped in a car with my boss...

Sounds like the beginning of a slasher flick right there. If accepted, I'm going to celebrate by getting a nice massage. It'll finally be time to de-stress after 7+ months.
