Just got the call from a woman named Sara (Sarah?). I'm on cloud nine right now. Tuck is my first choice. As long as my fiancee can get a post-doc or teaching job in or around Dartmouth, I see no reason why I would go anywhere else. Here's my profile below. I'm just pasting this from another thread. Program: MBA FT Area of interest in MBA : Pharmaceuticals GMAT: 750 (47q 46v) Undergrad GPA: 3.6 Dual BS degrees in chemistry and physics. Large tier 2/3 state school. Grad GPA: 3.4 MA in physics from top 10 school. Work experience(WE): 4 years total (at Matriculation) Currently - Business Analyst at tier 2 consulting firm (Deloitte/Accenture etc.). Have completed several pharma projects here. Previously had 2 years of full-time work experience in theoretical and computational chemical and biophysics. Nationality: US - Hispanic Background: Grew up in one of the poorest communities in the US. First in family to graduate from college. Age: 29 (at mat) Gender: M Extra-curriculars/community: Grad School: - Extensive involvement and leadership positions in student government - Founded a club on campus for non-MBA grad students interested in business - Mentored underrepresented students in math and science. Recruited other mentors for program and had very significant impact on one student. College: - Mostly math and science related outreach activities.
