I didn't get it either. I really hope that didn't go out to everyone who was accepted. Then again,if you were going to email, you'd do it to everyone.

I didn't get anything either. Really hope they didn't send out all acceptances. But if so you'd think there would be more chatter. Did you guys that got accepted get phone calls? Congrats by the way.

Got the e-mail too! So excited. Came in at 7pm CST, well after I had given up for the day on being notified. Mine was the same message as the other recipients. I can't imagine they let everyone know tonight though, simply because it seems like it's been staggered everywhere else I've seen (R1, last year, many other schools).

A big congrats to all who received the email tonight. So in addition to welcoming you, I read an earlier post saying something about how the email indicated you would receive another (official) notice on Friday? Or did I misread that. For some reason, I thought most schools called with the news. I'm admittedly a rookie at this, but I had somehow set the expectation that only non-admit info was communicated via email.

Might as well just post the whole email for everyone to freak out and over analyze: Greetings! Though it is Monday and a gloomy day here in Austin, I thought I would share with you some good news! It is with a great deal of pleasure that I inform you that we would like to offer you admission to the McCombs School of Business. This email is purely a note to wish you congratulations, and encourage you to let me know if you have any questions at all. The decision and deposit deadline for Round 2 applicants is April 18th, 2013, so you have plenty of time to think over your options. However, we are confident that we are the perfect school for you, and if you have any questions, I, one of my colleagues, or a student will be happy to help you out—just let me know. i just received an admit call from adcom member :D wow one of the happiest days of my life.. im really excited about McCombs.. its a fantastic school.. i did not receive any email yet.. so for all those who haven't got a mail yet don't lose hope.. i'm sure they are still in the process of calling/emailing the admitted students.. i understand the feeling but hang on..
