Any idea if they call geographically, or in the order interviewed, or just completely randomly?

If you look earlier on the forum, it looks like they call international applicants first (to avoid people in far away time zones from getting a 2AM call), but after that its pretty random, though east coast on average hears before west coast. R1 chicago applicants felt like they were called last, but that could just be of the selection of people reporting on the forum.
**** that means my phone could go off any time? Or (in the alternate, sadder case) my email will ping " you have an update on your application status"
Is it only me, or there are other people who are going to be completely useless in office today? I have only been trawling GMAT Club since morning today

I've also been pretty useless, but you definitely won't hear anything until at least 7am Chicago time, IMO - best to try to be productive until then!

UGH! Living +7 hours from Chicago is making this an excruciatingly slow day. I only updated my phone number with them yesterday, telling them I live in Johannesburg now. But my mailing address is still in the US. Do you think I'll have to wait until they start calling US admits? (Which could be very late here...)

Hey nice coincidence I am also based in South Africa. Little Town on the coast, Port Elizabeth. Did you get an interview invite? I had a waiver.

I'm originally from the US, lived in Dallas before transferring to Joburg for 6 months, so I visited Kellogg for an interview. Best of luck though!! I plan on visiting Port Elizabeth sometime in the next few months lol!

Definitely agree! I'm in US, east coast, and just got to the office. I am so nervous I feel sick. I don't anticipate getting much done today...
