90% of 20% of 66000 is the required answer
=> 18% of 66000.
13200 - 1320 = should end with 088. Hence Option E)

(A) 1.320

(D) 10,560
(E) 11,880

Total Physician = 66000
People who responded = (20/100)*66000 = 13200

10% of respondents disclosed their preference

i.e. 10% of respondents did NOT disclose their preference = (90/100)*13200 = 11880

Answer: Option E

Estimate 20% of 66000 while reading the question to eliminate first 3 options

10% of 66000 will be around 6600, so 20% will be around 13k. (If 25% was given, estimate 50% and divide the value by 2)
Now 10% of 13k will be around 1300 so answer must be D or E
