No Indian posted on this forum. I like to think that invites are not geography based, but no news for Indian guys yet hints otherwise.

I'm from India and haven't heard yet. C'mon Stanford, I want my b'day gift! And to those belittling the latest rankings... Do you think you are better qualified to rank schools than the experts at BW? Just because their rankings aren't consistent with those of the other well known raking agencies? Remember, no one believed Galileo when he said Earth revolves around the Sun, just because there was a contrary 'perception' at the time. That being said, wtf is wrong with you BW?

Got an invite today! Located in Europe, but originally from the US. I submitted my application a few days early. Good luck to everyone This certainly helps make me feel a bit better about the Wharton ding and an HBS interview that didn't go particularly well...

up till now invites from latin america, europe, korea, china have been reported. its time something happens for geographies in the middle.. (south east asia, africa, middle east) its less than a month for them to come out with final results

maybe employers felt that recruiting at certain places is cheaper. maybe they do not have to shell out extra for the brand value.

I think its because we fall in "Indian Tech" bucket, which is not one of the most sought off bucket for a B School. We ll have our share of invites later i guess, prolly more closer to deadline. Also, fact that no one from India has heard yet might be an indicator of alumni availability.
