can you still get accepted to Darden if you applied through the Consortium after the fellowship deadline without getting fellowship? or is it just a reject by now? Thanks.

Of course you can get accepted. If you don't get a fellowship, Darden will call you when they call everyone else.

I'm an international applicant and wandering if I should apply for R3.
As many programs encourage international applicants apply in first two rounds and will not or have very limited seats available in R3. I didn't see such info in Darden's website but still worry whether i should try not it.
Any suggestions or information about Darden's R3? Please advise.
