Ashish,
Yes, that is correct. You probably don't want to apply to all of those schools, but that is a good list to start with and narrow down slightly from there. Good luck and reach out if you have any other questions!

Ashish,

Remember that, if you give yourself enough time, it's often good to have both safety schools and reach schools during your application process--so much of the application is not just about the material but also the delivery and execution of your story. We'll, of course, need more information about your professional and even educational experiences to make a good assessment and recommendation of where you maybe ought to focus your attention.

If you have any additional questions, please request an additional FREE 15-minute profile review from a WyseGyde admissions consultants or register for our services at only $59/hour. WyseGyde consultants have track records of success at top schools such as Wharton, Booth, Tuck, HBS, Columbia, Darden, and the list goes on. They could certainly help guide you along your MBA path…and the profile review is FREE!

We look forward to helping you reach your MBA and career goals!

You seem on par for most of the schools that you've listed. I wouldn't do any R3 apps though.

Best wishes,
Karthik

I gave my GMAT 20 days back and scored a 720.

Below is my profile :

GMAT : 720
Academics: 80% in 10th and 12th.
B. Tech in Instrumentation and Control ( IP University Dehi) - 71%.
6 years of IT experience - Accenture , HCL and currently working in Deloitte.
3 promotions in first 5 years.

Extra curricular :
Leading NGO initiatives within the organization.
Few certificates in mathematics from school time.
Quarterly awards in office.
Passionate about football and have played a lot as well but have no certificate.
Organized games and team events in office.

Negative points :
No international work ex.
Not good in other activities like Dance, singing , drama etc.

Goal : Work as a strategic consultant.

Since I have a typical IT profile and nothing spectacular I am not sure which colleges to choose. I am looking for a 12-18 month MBA.

Within India :

Thinking of applying to ISB, IIM A , IIM B and IIM C. Not sure weather I should apply to IIM I and L.

Rest of Asia:

After doing lots of research Insead - Singapore looks out of reach. Should I apply to NUS , NTU and CEIBS ? Two colleges in HK , SMU , AIM don't offer good placements as per my research( Please correct if I am wrong!)

Europe :
Round 3 deadline for ESMT is 1st October. Should I apply? I have shortlisted ESADE, HEC, MBS.

Please evaluate my profile for these colleges. And if there are any colleges that I have missed please suggest them as well. Scholarship is also an important factor :)

Hi Ashish,

You have a decent profile. Your work experience and academics are good. the list of B-School you have prepared is really good and realistic.

I would suggest you to taget few US B-School as well if geography is not a constraint for you.

You may also gauge your chances of getting admission to top business school by trying this amazing tool https://bit.ly/1C9o2Md

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
