- You are certainly eligible for ISB. Many people have made it in the past with an aggregated average of less than 60%.
- Aim for a GMAT score of 700+. You are from Analytics - an area that is quite valued by ISB.

- Without onsite experience, differentiating yourself will be tough, as testing is often seen as very technical and sometimes a step before development by some B-schools. You should try and differentiate through a higher test score, and demonstrating your client management and analysis skills.
- On the non-work side, the NGO experience definitely seems interesting, and can also help demonstrate leadership.
- At this point, focus on crossing the 325 mark on the GRE, and then give yourself enough time to build a strong application. Dont convert your GRE score directly to GMAT to judge competitiveness (though online convertors are available). Generally, a 325+ on the GRE is a competitive score.

Hi Vikram,
Your academic credentials are excellent and your experience in supply chain and analytics add a lot of value to your profile. For ISB it would be good to target a GMAT score north of 710 to improve your chances. A lot will also depend on how you structure your application. ISB is putting lot of emphasis on diversity and leadership skills and how you tell your own unique story to highlight these factors would be the key.
