1. Strong pedigree with very good academic performance. ISB gives 30% weightage and you are likely to score very well.
2. A GMAT score of 720 coupled with a good academic %(Like a force multiplier) will help you score well here too. 30% weightage assigned to test score.
3. You have a very rich and diverse work experience, highly valuable from the diversity in the class and contributions you can make in peer learning. 20% weightage, so the essays and other parts of your application become super important.
4. Short-term goal is in line with your current work experience, if presented well, you can do a very good job in the interview. The final 20% weightage is assigned to the interview.

Hello manipalguy,
We agree with the comments above. Considering you will be applying in Round 2, you do have some time in hand to work on showcasing a spike in your GMAT score. A better score will help you stand out and improve your chances of getting an admit.
If retaking the GMAT is not an option you wish to consider, you should just focus on consolidating your experience, achievements, and skills through a set of well-drafted essays.

Your profile looks terrific; with a 720 GMAT score, I believe you can easily make it to any top B-School. Plus, your work experience of 4 to 5 years makes your profile even more convincing; your bachelor’s marks are brilliant, and all your other achievements are just icing on the cake.
Well, let me provide you with the overall eligibility criteria of some top MBA B Schools that you can target:
Duke Fuqua Daytime MBA:
To graduate, students must complete at least 79-course credits (or 65-course credits if in a dual degree program) and have a GPA of at least 3.0. Students may be dismissed from the program if they fail to make satisfactory progress toward this goal. The following two criteria define good progress:
Students must complete a minimum of 45-course credits in the first academic year of the program and 79-course credits by the end of the second academic year. Courses designated as required must be taken at the designated times unless the student has earned an exemption from the course, either by receiving an administrative exemption based on prior coursework or passing an exemption exam.
Students’ grades must exceed a minimum threshold defined by the following “strike system.” Students receive one strike for each F they earn and 0.5 strikes for each LP; these strikes accumulate through the program.
Oxford University:
You must have a 2.1 (3.5 GPA) or equivalent.
A GMAT/GRE score is required to submit your application. The quantitative scores should be in the 85th percentile, the verbal scores in the 80th percentile, and the analytical writing score should be at least 5.
If you are not from an English-speaking country, you must take the TOEFL or IELTS test.
Your leadership qualities are your most important feat, which is quite evident in your extracurricular activities; this will make your admission even smoother; you need to make sure you mention these points in your essay.
